Lynn Watson
Founding Director
With a lifetime of experience being neurodiverse and 20+ years of being a parent/carer of young neurodiverse individuals Lynn founded the company to help her youngest son gain employment.
Danni Kingman
Director
Danni is no stranger to overcoming challenges and working hard. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate psychology degree, and a busy mum to young children Danni strives hard to balance all areas of her life.
Fi Kilpatrick
Director
Fi is a mother, an artist and has been a teacher for many years. She is predominantly a glass artist but is passionate about art in general. No stranger to challenges, Fi is cool, calm and collected, a real grounding element in the team.
Tracie Mitchell
Fundraiser
Tracie has a lifetime of living with neurodiversity and is also a parent to children living with it too. Tracie volunteers to help raise the funds we need to succeed.
